Appoitment

  • For your comfort and to allow a thorough assessment, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing such as shorts, a t-shirt, and a sports bra (for women). If you need to change, you can do so in our private treatment room.

  • Please bring any relevant medical reports, specialist referrals (if you have one), or imaging studies (X-rays, MRIs, etc.) with you to your appointment. This helps us provide the best possible care.

ICBC claims

  • Report your motor vehicle accident to ICBC as soon as possible.

  • Obtain your ICBC claim number.
  • Contact the clinic directly before your first visit to provide your ICBC claim number and your adjuster’s name to set up direct billing.
  • If you do not have this information at the time of your appointment, you will be required to pay the full ICBC fee out-of-pocket and submit your receipt to ICBC for reimbursement consideration.
